We, microD UG (haftungsbeschränkt), take the protection of personal data seriously. This Privacy Statement explains how we process personal data when you visit our website.

2. Hosting and website delivery

Our website is hosted with WPMU DEV, a managed WordPress hosting service operated by Incsub, LLC, 120 19th St N Ste 201 PMB 88100, Birmingham, AL 35203-3219, USA. The hosting runs on cloud infrastructure managed by Incsub (Amazon Web Services, DigitalOcean, Vultr, or Linode); delivery may also use Incsub’s CDN endpoints (wpmucdn.com).

When you visit this website, technical data is processed to deliver the website securely and reliably. This may include your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, date and time of access, and technical log data. Server logs are used to operate the website and to detect and block attacks and abuse, and are deleted once they are no longer required for these purposes.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to provide a secure, reliable, and fast website.

Incsub, LLC is based in the United States and may process data there. Incsub participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, including its UK and Swiss extensions; transfers to Incsub are covered by the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the Data Privacy Framework.

3. Analytics

We do not use analytics or tracking tools on this website. There is no marketing tracking, no advertising pixel, no profiling, and no third-party analytics service.

The only technical data we can evaluate are the server logs described in section 2, which we use to keep the website secure and available.

4. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, we process the personal data you provide, such as your name, email address, message content, and any other information included in your communication.

We use this data only to respond to your inquiry and handle the related communication.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your inquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries.

5. Cookies

This website does not set cookies for normal visitors. We do not use cookies for tracking, marketing, or analytics purposes.

Technically required processing by our hosting provider is described in section 2. If our use of cookies changes, we will update this Privacy Statement accordingly.

6. Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, unless statutory retention obligations require longer storage.

Technical server logs are retained only for as long as they are needed for the purposes described in section 2.

Email communications are retained for as long as necessary to handle the inquiry and, where applicable, to comply with legal or contractual retention obligations.

7. Recipients of data

Personal data may be processed by the following recipients:

  • Incsub, LLC (WPMU DEV): hosting, security, and delivery infrastructure for this website, including its CDN endpoints (see section 2).
  • Encore (encorestatic.com): the game cover images on this website are loaded from the content delivery service used by the Neonlink app backend. When your browser loads these images, your IP address and technical request data are transmitted to this service.
  • Tebex Limited (headless.tebex.io): on the home and pricing pages, your browser retrieves the current subscription prices directly from the Tebex catalog API. Your IP address and technical request data are transmitted in the process. No payment takes place on this website.
  • Our own app backend (dev.api.neonlink.gg): the pages retrieve the current Discord invite link from our backend. We process this request as the controller described in section 1.

In rare cases, standard WordPress emoji images may be loaded from s.w.org (operated by the WordPress.org project) as a fallback if your browser cannot display an emoji natively.

We do not sell personal data.

8. Your rights

Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • right of access, Art. 15 GDPR;
  • right to rectification, Art. 16 GDPR;
  • right to erasure, Art. 17 GDPR;
  • right to restriction of processing, Art. 18 GDPR;
